Service Description
This Basic Wellness Plan is available for all clients that are over the age of 18 years old, who have a valid U.S. Driver's License. It includes an Initial Consultation Appointment for 60-minutes and 5 Follow-Up Appointments for 45-minutes. It does not include any testing or supplements. This Basic Wellness Plan fee of $599 is self-pay only and not reimbursable with insurance. All sales are final.
