Service Description

This is available for new clients only that are over the age of 18 years old, who have a valid U.S. Driver's License, and are located anywhere in the 50 United States. It includes an Initial Consultation Appointment for 60-minutes and a suggested Wellness Plan. This does not include any Advanced Saliva Testing, Lab Tests, Supplements or Medications. This Appointment fee of $149 is self-pay only and not reimbursable with insurance. We offer several payment plan options at checkout through PayPal Pay Later, AfterPay, and Klarna for Initial Visits and Wellness Plans. Payment Plans are not available for supplements, medications, follow-ups, and other services. All sales are final. ***If you have any questions, please contact our team immediately.
