Service Description

This bundle is available for new clients only that are over the age of 18 years old, who have a valid U.S. Driver's License. It includes an Initial Consultation Appointment for 60-minutes and a Follow-Up Appointment for 45-minutes. It does not include any testing or supplements. This bundle fee of $249 is self-pay only and not reimbursable with insurance. All sales are final.
