Initial, Special Labs + Follow-Up Bundle

Service Description

This bundle is available for new clients only that are over the age of 18 years old, who have a valid U.S. Driver's License, and are not located in NY. It includes an Initial Consultation Appointment for 60-minutes, over 100 lab tests available to be done at a Quest Lab near you, additional Specialty Lab Tests, and a Follow-Up Appointment for 45-minutes. All lab tests associated with this bundle are chosen at the sole discretion of the ordering practitioner and this does not include any Advanced Saliva Testing, Supplements or Medications. This Bundle fee of $999 is self-pay only and not reimbursable with insurance. We offer several payment plan options at checkout through PayPal Pay Later, AfterPay, and Klarna for Initial Visits and Wellness Plans. Payment Plans are not available for supplements, medications, follow-ups, and other services. All sales are final.
