Service Description

This is available for new clients only that are over the age of 18 years old. It includes an Initial Consultation Appointment for 60-minutes and a suggested Wellness Plan. This does not include any Advanced Saliva Testing, Lab Tests, or Prodcuts. This Appointment fee of $149 USD is self-pay only and not reimbursable with insurance. All sales are final. ***If you have any questions, please contact our team immediately. We are not able to change or adjusts orders once they are made.***
